Intellectual Property Policy

The Intellectual Property Policy outlines UTS’s position on intellectual property (IP) ownership and the rights and responsibilities of the university, its staff, its students and others in relation to the creation and management of IP. The policy also encourages the use of university-owned IP to create positive impacts.

Research Intellectual Property Procedures

The Research Intellectual Property Procedures outline the requirements for managing UTS owned or managed IP generated from research activities. These procedures should be read in conjunction with the Intellectual Property Policy.

Teaching and Learning Intellectual Property Procedures
