Student Complaints Policy

The Student Complaints Policy outlines the framework for the identification, management and resolution of all student complaints. This is supported by the Student Complaints Management Procedures.

Student Complaints Management Procedures

The purpose of these procedures is to facilitate timely, consistent and fair management of complaints to reasonable resolution by UTS under the authority of the Student Complaints Policy.
