The results of these elections will be made available in results around 2 weeks after close of voting, following the declaration of poll by the Returning Officer (Rule G3-36(3) and (4)).
Academic Board induction
UTS has introduced an extended approach to induction to support incoming student members elected to Academic Board. This means that if you are elected as a 2026 student member of Academic Board, you will be able to start attending Academic Board meetings as an observer from the time you are elected. Your formal term will still commence from 1 January 2026.
The first Academic Board meeting that elected 2026 student members can attend will be held on Wednesday 24 September 2025, from 9am to 11am in HR Training Rooms 1 and 2, level 22, building 1, city campus.
This year, election results will be finalised on Tuesday 23 September 2025, so students elected to Academic Board will be notified by close of business on 23 September. Given the tight timing, please put a hold in your diary in advance, so that if you are elected and you so choose, you are able to attend the Wednesday 24 September Academic Board meeting.
TD School undergraduate student electorate
The TD School undergraduate student electorate includes all undergraduate students enrolled in the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation (BCII) (Course Codes: C09076, C09098, C10321, C10322, C10323, C10324, C10325, C10326, C10327, C10328, C10329, C10330, C10338, C10351, C10352, C10355, C10359, C10373, C10374, C10375, C10376, C10377, C10389, C10454, C10461, C10465, C10466, C20060, C09122).
Therefore, subject to meeting all other eligibility requirements, if you are enrolled in a double degree with the BCII, you may choose to stand as candidate for either your home faculty or for the TD School student representative position.
Students enrolled in a double degree with the BCII can nominate and vote for candidates in either or both their home faculty and/or for the TD School student representative position.
